Workout for Monday, 1/23

Won't be at the school until 3:30ish. Make sure everyone gets the following stuff done:
4x8 step-ups
4x8 leg curls
4x8 lat pull downs
3x failure - dips on dip bar
3x8 lunges
2 miles on treadmill

Make sure you guys are using heavier weight by now. If you can do way more than 8 reps than its too light and your not getting anything from it. When I get there we will do wrestle offs and will do cleans later - can't have you guys do them unsupervised.
