Tony chosen as Taunton Gazette Wrestling of the Year

Tony was picked as the Taunton Gazette wrestler of the year after finishing the best individual season ever for the team. This is a huge accomplishment, being picked the best among all local schools including Taunton, Norton and BR. Tony ended his career with a 112-49 record, going 85-21 the last 2 seasons and 51-8 this season. He set season and career records in wins, pins, takedowns, escapes, reversals, and near fall points. His single season escape record of 52 and season reversal record of 46 will be incredibly difficult to beat. He was also the 1st ever to make it to the NE tournament and won 2 matches including beating the Maine state champ to make it to the quarterfinals.
